George School Fitness and Athletics Center

This project features CAP's Tecpan product with Plant-Ons
around the perimeter roof line. These 1" thick insulated metal
panels feature a .040 aluminum face, color Granite that blend
in with the stone accents. The panel also includes 1" extruded
polystyrene core and a .040 random aluminum back.
This is a new 100,000 square foot Fitness and Athletics Center
on the George School campus. The light-filled natatorium fea-
tures seating for 200 spectators and the Marshall-Platt Pool, a
state-of-the-art 25-yard, eight lane pool with buffered areas
and a wide coaching deck.
Also provided by CAP is their Series HD Column Cover, beau-
tifully painted to match the Tecpan Metal Panels. These
Column Covers are specifically designed for high traffic areas.
Made of 1/8" extruded aluminum heavy duty walls in a 6063
T5 Alloy, These column cover assemblies are virtually inde-
structible. Available in 12" diameter and up to 16' in height
without any horizontal joints.

installed by Weavers Glass of Harrisburg Pennsylvania.

Kaiser Permanente, a Full Service Medical Office Building
Located in Largo, Maryland consists of 106,700 SF Addition,
129,000 SF Renovation.
Although this building is not going to be LEED certified, there
are many sustainable features in this medical office building.
Throughout construction, material is being separated and
recycled. A major passive feature of this building is the large
cobrahead roof on the third floor of the addition which spans
over 200 feet in length. This brings in large amounts of natu-
ral daylight without overheating the space. 2" Tecpan
Insulated Champagne Anodized Aluminum Panels Clad the
exterior architectural Element, Fascia and Sloped Soffit at the
"Cobrahead". The project was designed by Ellerbe Becket
Architects, and the 2" Tecpan insulated Aluminum Panels
were install by Glass & Metals LLC of Harrisonburg, Virginia.
The three-story, 106,700 square foot addition on the south side
of the existing medical office building gives the facility much
needed space to expand services. To support the new space
major renovations were designed in the existing 232,000
square foot MOB, improvements to the mechanical and elec-
